Let’s clear this up: RTT® uses hypnosis, but not in the way you might expect. Forget swinging watches or stage performers making people cluck like chickens. This is not mind control and you won’t get “stuck” in hypnosis.

Instead, RTT® gently guides you into a deeply relaxed state, where you remain fully aware, awake, and in control. This relaxed state allows you to access the subconscious mind which is the part of the mind that drives 95% of our behaviors, habits, and emotional responses.

Hypnosis quiets the overactive, logical part of the brain so that your mind becomes open, curious, and receptive to change. Paradoxically, hypnosis doesn’t put you to sleep. It actually helps wake you up to the beliefs and behaviors that have been holding you back.

Nope. I can’t make you do anything you don’t want to do.
If I could wouldn’t I be rich by now? I’d have people handing me their cars, Venmo-ing me for no reason, and doing my laundry on command. 😄

Seriously though...you’re in control the entire time. Hypnosis is simply a deeply relaxed, focused state of awareness. You’re not asleep, not “under,” and you don’t “go” anywhere. You’re aware of what’s happening, and you can come out of it anytime you choose.

Definitely not. RTT has zero to do with clucking like a chicken or being hypnotized into acting silly.

It’s a deeply therapeutic process that helps you identify and rewire limiting beliefs in the subconscious mind. Most people leave sessions feeling calm, clear, and empowered and not like they just joined a circus. 

You won’t bark like a dog…unless you really want to.

Wrong again! In RTT, you’ll actually be talking a lot.
You’ll be sharing insights, memories, and aha moments and I’ll be guiding you the whole way. Hypnosis in RTT is interactive, not silent. We’re having a conversation with your subconscious mind and yes, you’ll remember it afterward.

Not unless you want it to. This isn’t a confession booth. You’re never required to share anything you’re uncomfortable with. You’re in control of what you choose to say. Your healing is your own and I’m simply here to guide you through it.

I wish! RTT is powerful, but it’s not instant magic.


It requires your participation, especially listening to your personalized recording daily after the session. That’s where the real rewiring happens. Think of it like brushing your brain every day for 21 days.

You didn’t develop these beliefs overnight, and transformation takes time but when you commit to the process, RTT can create deep and lasting change.
