I’m Joanna, a Certified Hypnotherapist and Rapid Transformational Therapy® (RTT) Practitioner based in Long Island, New York. Before I became an RTT therapist, I lived with the same heavy feelings that many of my clients bring into sessions. Anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, and deep self-criticism were my daily reality. I felt lost in my career, disconnected from myself, and unsure if life could ever feel different.

Things hit a breaking point in my early twenties when my father suffered a massive stroke. I hit rock bottom. But the one good thing about reaching your lowest point? The only way left to go is up.

That was the start of my personal development journey. I became passionate about mental health. I devoured self-help books, listened to podcasts, meditated, attended workshops, and even worked with two therapists over the years.

I learned a lot. But learning and living what you know are two different things. Fear and comfort kept me stuck until the end of a 7-year relationship brought me to my knees again. That’s when I finally chose action over avoidance.

I began investing in myself. I worked with a life coach, joined an intense 6-week self-discovery workshop, and rediscovered purpose. That’s when I found RTT and I knew instantly: This is it. This is what I was meant to do.​​

I trained under Marisa Peer, the internationally renowned creator of RTT®. As part of my training, I received RTT sessions myself. And I was blown away. Patterns I had tried to shift for 15 years began to transform…in a single session.

RTT changed my life. Now, my mission is to help change yours. Now, as an RTT therapist serving clients across Long Island and the greater New York area, my mission is to help others experience the same freedom, clarity, and confidence I found. I’m here to empower you, support you, and help you reconnect with the version of you that feels confident, worthy, and free.
